He had a chance to save himself on Monday last week but he did not do it, he only decided to sacrifice himself without even minding whether what he was doing could end his Chase.
Though he had never been up for possible eviction, most people could not even do what Melvin did and the fact that he wanted to know what Africa exactly feels about him, he now knows after he was saved by Africa yesterday. Therefore there are only two housemates who have never faced the chopping block before, these are Nigeria’s Beverly and Zambia’s Sulu.
Like he told Big Brother during his Nomination Diary Session yesterday, he surely does not even regret what he did because he was still saved by Africa.
Though he looked nervous yesterday and he also confessed it to Big Brother, he was also confident and ready for whatever would come up. And the fact that his sacrifice finally payed off, maybe even the next Heads of House should try and gamble so that they see if they get saved.
