He posted the grainy video on Facebook alongside the comment: ‘So I’m on the E3 bus minding my own business taking in the West Ealing sights and this happens!!!

‘Casual naked jog up the Uxbridge road! With a seventies rug…’

The post instantly went viral, attracting dozens of comments from amused Facebook users.

OMG!@ wrote one user, to which Mr Bailey replied: ‘She had no remorse on her face. I’m still in shock. Police stopped her outside Deans Park and she was so calm with it, like they wanted the time or some of her lucozade…’

Where she was running or why she was naked remains a mystery while a police spokesperson said no arrest was made.
